Al-Burooj
سُورَةُ البُرُوجِ
The Constellations · 22 verses · Meccan
1
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلسَّمَآءِ ذَاتِ ٱلْبُرُوجِ
EN By the sky containing great stars
FR Par le ciel aux constellations!
ES ¡Por el cielo con sus constelaciones!
2
وَٱلْيَوْمِ ٱلْمَوْعُودِ
EN And [by] the promised Day
FR et par le jour promis!
ES ¡Por el día con que se ha amenazado!
3
وَشَاهِدٍۢ وَمَشْهُودٍۢ
EN And [by] the witness and what is witnessed,
FR et par le témoin et ce dont on témoigne!
ES ¡Por el testigo y lo atestiguado!
4
قُتِلَ أَصْحَٰبُ ٱلْأُخْدُودِ
EN Cursed were the companions of the trench
FR Périssent les gens de l'Uhdûd,
ES ¡Malditos sean los hombres del Foso,
5
ٱلنَّارِ ذَاتِ ٱلْوَقُودِ
EN [Containing] the fire full of fuel,
FR par le feu plein de combustible,
ES del fuego bien alimentado,
6
إِذْ هُمْ عَلَيْهَا قُعُودٌۭ
EN When they were sitting near it
FR cependant qu'ils étaient assis tout autour,
ES sentados a él,
7
وَهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفْعَلُونَ بِٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ شُهُودٌۭ
EN And they, to what they were doing against the believers, were witnesses.
FR ils étaient ainsi témoins de ce qu'ils faisaient des croyants,
ES dando testimonio de lo que ellos han hecho a los creyentes,
8
وَمَا نَقَمُوا۟ مِنْهُمْ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْحَمِيدِ
EN And they resented them not except because they believed in Allah, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy,
FR à qui ils ne leur reprochaient que d'avoir cru en Allah, le Puissant, le Digne de louange,
ES resentidos con ellos sólo porque creyeron en Alá, el Poderoso, el Digno de Alabanza,
9
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ شَهِيدٌ
EN To whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth. And Allah, over all things, is Witness.
FR Auquel appartient la royauté des cieux et de la terre. Allah est témoin de toute chose.
ES a Quien pertenece el dominio de los cielos y de la tierra. Alá es testigo de todo.
10
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُوا۟ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يَتُوبُوا۟ فَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابُ ٱلْحَرِيقِ
EN Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.
FR Ceux qui font subir des épreuves aux croyants et aux croyantes, puis ne se repentent pas, auront le châtiment de l'Enfer et le supplice du feu.
ES Quienes sometan a los creyentes y a las creyentes a una prueba y no se arrepientan luego, tendrán el castigo de la gehena, el castigo de su fuego.
11
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمْ جَنَّٰتٌۭ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْكَبِيرُ
EN Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds will have gardens beneath which rivers flow. That is the great attainment.
FR Ceux qui croient et accomplissent les bonnes œuvres auront des Jardins sous lesquels coulent les ruisseaux. Cela est le grand succès.
ES Quienes, en cambio, hayan creído y obrado bien tendrán jardines por cuyos bajos fluyen arroyos. ¡Ese es el gran éxito!
12
إِنَّ بَطْشَ رَبِّكَ لَشَدِيدٌ
EN Indeed, the vengeance of your Lord is severe.
FR La riposte de ton Seigneur est redoutable.
ES ¡Sí, es duro el rigor de tu Señor!
13
إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ يُبْدِئُ وَيُعِيدُ
EN Indeed, it is He who originates [creation] and repeats.
FR C'est Lui, certes, qui commence (la création) et la refait.
ES Él crea y re-crea.
14
وَهُوَ ٱلْغَفُورُ ٱلْوَدُودُ
EN And He is the Forgiving, the Affectionate,
FR Et c'est Lui le Pardonneur, le Tout-Affectueux,
ES Él es el Indulgente, el Lleno de Amor,
15
ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْمَجِيدُ
EN Honorable Owner of the Throne,
FR Le Maître du Trône, le Tout-Glorieux,
ES el Señor del Trono, el Glorioso,
16
فَعَّالٌۭ لِّمَا يُرِيدُ
EN Effecter of what He intends.
FR Il réalise parfaitement tout ce qu'Il veut.
ES Que siempre hace lo que quiere.
17
هَلْ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلْجُنُودِ
EN Has there reached you the story of the soldiers -
FR T'est-il parvenu le récit des armées,
ES ¿Te has enterado de la historia de los ejércitos,
18
فِرْعَوْنَ وَثَمُودَ
EN [Those of] Pharaoh and Thamud?
FR de Pharaon, et de Thamûd?
ES de Faraón y de los tamudeos?
19
بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍۢ
EN But they who disbelieve are in [persistent] denial,
FR Mais ceux qui ne croient pas persistent à démentir,
ES Los infieles, no obstante, persisten en desmentir,
20
وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ
EN While Allah encompasses them from behind.
FR alors qu'Allah, derrière eux, les cerne de toutes parts.
ES pero Alá les tiene a Su merced.
21
بَلْ هُوَ قُرْءَانٌۭ مَّجِيدٌۭ
EN But this is an honored Qur'an
FR Mais c'est plutôt un Coran glorifié
ES ¡Sí es un Corán glorioso,
22
فِى لَوْحٍۢ مَّحْفُوظٍۭ
EN [Inscribed] in a Preserved Slate.
FR préservé sur une Tablette (auprès d'Allah).
ES en una Tabla bien guardada!
