At-Takwir
سُورَةُ التَّكۡوِيرِ
The Overthrowing · 29 verses · Meccan
1
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا ٱلشَّمْسُ كُوِّرَتْ
EN When the sun is wrapped up [in darkness]
FR Quand le soleil sera obscurci,
ES Cuando el sol sea obscurecido,
2
وَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ ٱنكَدَرَتْ
EN And when the stars fall, dispersing,
FR et que les étoiles deviendront ternes,
ES cuando las estrellas pierdan su brillo,
3
وَإِذَا ٱلْجِبَالُ سُيِّرَتْ
EN And when the mountains are removed
FR et les montagnes mises en marche,
ES cuando las montañas sean puestas en marcha,
4
وَإِذَا ٱلْعِشَارُ عُطِّلَتْ
EN And when full-term she-camels are neglected
FR et les chamelles à terme, négligées,
ES cuando las camellas preñadas de diez meses sean descuidadas,
5
وَإِذَا ٱلْوُحُوشُ حُشِرَتْ
EN And when the wild beasts are gathered
FR et les bêtes farouches, rassemblées,
ES cuando las bestias salvajes sean agrupadas,
6
وَإِذَا ٱلْبِحَارُ سُجِّرَتْ
EN And when the seas are filled with flame
FR et les mers allumées,
ES cuando los mares sean hinchados,
7
وَإِذَا ٱلنُّفُوسُ زُوِّجَتْ
EN And when the souls are paired
FR et les âmes accouplées
ES cuando las almas sean apareadas,
8
وَإِذَا ٱلْمَوْءُۥدَةُ سُئِلَتْ
EN And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked
FR et qu'on demandera à la fillette enterrée vivante
ES cuando se pregunte a la niña enterrada viva
9
بِأَىِّ ذَنۢبٍۢ قُتِلَتْ
EN For what sin she was killed
FR pour quel péché elle a été tuée.
ES qué crimen cometió para que la mataran,
10
وَإِذَا ٱلصُّحُفُ نُشِرَتْ
EN And when the pages are made public
FR Et quand les feuilles seront déployées,
ES cuando las hojas sean desplegadas,
11
وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ كُشِطَتْ
EN And when the sky is stripped away
FR et le ciel écorché
ES cuando el cielo sea desollado,
12
وَإِذَا ٱلْجَحِيمُ سُعِّرَتْ
EN And when Hellfire is set ablaze
FR et la fournaise attisée,
ES cuando el fuego de la gehena sea avivado,
13
وَإِذَا ٱلْجَنَّةُ أُزْلِفَتْ
EN And when Paradise is brought near,
FR et le Paradis rapproché,
ES cuando el Jardín sea acercado,
14
عَلِمَتْ نَفْسٌۭ مَّآ أَحْضَرَتْ
EN A soul will [then] know what it has brought [with it].
FR chaque âme saura ce qu'elle a présenté.
ES cada cual sabrá lo que presenta.
15
فَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلْخُنَّسِ
EN So I swear by the retreating stars -
FR Non!... Je jure par les planètes qui gravitent
ES ¡Pues no! ¡Juro por los planetas,
16
ٱلْجَوَارِ ٱلْكُنَّسِ
EN Those that run [their courses] and disappear -
FR qui courent et disparaissent
ES que pasan y desaparecen!
17
وَٱلَّيْلِ إِذَا عَسْعَسَ
EN And by the night as it closes in
FR par la nuit quand elle survient!
ES ¡Por la noche cuando se extiende!
18
وَٱلصُّبْحِ إِذَا تَنَفَّسَ
EN And by the dawn when it breathes
FR et par l'aube quand elle exhale son souffle!
ES ¡Por la mañana cuando respira!
19
إِنَّهُۥ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍۢ كَرِيمٍۢ
EN [That] indeed, the Qur'an is a word [conveyed by] a noble messenger
FR Ceci [le Coran] est la parole d'un noble Messager,
ES Sí, es la palabra de un Enviado noble,
20
ذِى قُوَّةٍ عِندَ ذِى ٱلْعَرْشِ مَكِينٍۢ
EN [Who is] possessed of power and with the Owner of the Throne, secure [in position],
FR doué d'une grande force, et ayant un rang élevé auprès du Maître du Trône,
ES que dispone de poder junto al Señor del Trono, firme,
21
مُّطَاعٍۢ ثَمَّ أَمِينٍۢ
EN Obeyed there [in the heavens] and trustworthy.
FR obéi, là-haut, et digne de confiance.
ES obedecido allís de confianza.
22
وَمَا صَاحِبُكُم بِمَجْنُونٍۢ
EN And your companion is not [at all] mad.
FR Votre compagnon (Muhammad) n'est nullement fou;
ES ¡Vuestro paisano no es un poseso!
23
وَلَقَدْ رَءَاهُ بِٱلْأُفُقِ ٱلْمُبِينِ
EN And he has already seen Gabriel in the clear horizon.
FR il l'a effectivement vu (Gabriel), au clair horizon
ES Le ha visto en el claro horizonte,
24
وَمَا هُوَ عَلَى ٱلْغَيْبِ بِضَنِينٍۢ
EN And Muhammad is not a withholder of [knowledge of] the unseen.
FR et il ne garde pas avarement pour lui-même ce qui lui a été révélé.
ES no es avaro de lo oculto.
25
وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَيْطَٰنٍۢ رَّجِيمٍۢ
EN And the Qur'an is not the word of a devil, expelled [from the heavens].
FR Et ceci [le Coran] n'est point la parole d'un diable banni.
ES No es la palabra de un demonio maldito.
26
فَأَيْنَ تَذْهَبُونَ
EN So where are you going?
FR Où allez-vous donc?
ES ¿Adónde iréis, pues?
27
إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌۭ لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ
EN It is not except a reminder to the worlds
FR Ceci n'est qu'un rappel pour l'univers,
ES No es sino una amonestación dirigida a todo el mundo,
28
لِمَن شَآءَ مِنكُمْ أَن يَسْتَقِيمَ
EN For whoever wills among you to take a right course.
FR pour celui d'entre vous qui veut suivre le chemin droit.
ES para aquéllos de vosotros que quieran seguir la vía recta.
29
وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلْعَٰلَمِينَ
EN And you do not will except that Allah wills - Lord of the worlds.
FR Mais vous ne pouvez vouloir, que si Allah veut, [Lui], le Seigneur de l'Univers ;
ES Pero vosotros no lo querréis, a menos que quiera Alá, Señor del universo.
