سُورَةُ المُزَّمِّلِ

The Enshrouded One · 20 verses · Meccan

1
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلْمُزَّمِّلُ
EN O you who wraps himself [in clothing],
FR O toi, l'enveloppé [dans tes vêtements]!
ES ¡Tú, el arrebujado!
2
قُمِ ٱلَّيْلَ إِلَّا قَلِيلًۭا
EN Arise [to pray] the night, except for a little -
FR Lève-toi [pour prier], toute la nuit, excepté une petite partie;
ES ¡Vela casi toda la noche,
3
نِّصْفَهُۥٓ أَوِ ٱنقُصْ مِنْهُ قَلِيلًا
EN Half of it - or subtract from it a little
FR Sa moitié, ou un peu moins;
ES o media noche, o algo menos,
4
أَوْ زِدْ عَلَيْهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ تَرْتِيلًا
EN Or add to it, and recite the Qur'an with measured recitation.
FR ou un peu plus. Et récite le Coran, lentement et clairement.
ES o más, y recita el Corán lenta y claramente!

إِنَّا سَنُلْقِى عَلَيْكَ قَوْلًۭا ثَقِيلًا
EN Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word.
FR Nous allons te révéler des paroles lourdes (très importantes).
ES Vamos a comunicarte algo importante:
6
إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّيْلِ هِىَ أَشَدُّ وَطْـًۭٔا وَأَقْوَمُ قِيلًا
EN Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words.
FR La prière pendant la nuit est plus efficace et plus propice pour la récitation.
ES la primera noche es más eficaz y de dicción más correcta.
7
إِنَّ لَكَ فِى ٱلنَّهَارِ سَبْحًۭا طَوِيلًۭا
EN Indeed, for you by day is prolonged occupation.
FR Tu as, dans la journée, à vaquer à de longues occupations.
ES Durante el día estás demasiado ocupado.
8
وَٱذْكُرِ ٱسْمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلْ إِلَيْهِ تَبْتِيلًۭا
EN And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with [complete] devotion.
FR Et rappelle-toi le nom de ton Seigneur et consacre-toi totalement à Lui,
ES ¡Y menciona el nombre de tu Señor y conságrate totalmente a Él!
9
رَّبُّ ٱلْمَشْرِقِ وَٱلْمَغْرِبِ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱتَّخِذْهُ وَكِيلًۭا
EN [He is] the Lord of the East and the West; there is no deity except Him, so take Him as Disposer of [your] affairs.
FR le Seigneur du Levant et du Couchant. Il n'y a point de divinité à part Lui. Prends-Le donc comme Protecteur.
ES El Señor del Oriente y del Occidente. No hay más dios que Él. ¡Tómale, pues, como protector!
10
وَٱصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱهْجُرْهُمْ هَجْرًۭا جَمِيلًۭا
EN And be patient over what they say and avoid them with gracious avoidance.
FR Et endure ce qu'ils disent; et écarte-toi d'eux d'une façon convenable.
ES ¡Ten paciencia con lo que dicen y apártate de ellos discretamente!
11
وَذَرْنِى وَٱلْمُكَذِّبِينَ أُو۟لِى ٱلنَّعْمَةِ وَمَهِّلْهُمْ قَلِيلًا
EN And leave Me with [the matter of] the deniers, those of ease [in life], and allow them respite a little.
FR Et laisse-moi avec ceux qui crient au mensonge et qui vivent dans l'aisance; et accorde-leur un court répit:
ES ¡Déjame con los desmentidores, que gozan de las comodidades de la vida! ¡Concédeles aún una breve prórroga!
12
إِنَّ لَدَيْنَآ أَنكَالًۭا وَجَحِيمًۭا
EN Indeed, with Us [for them] are shackles and burning fire
FR Nous avons [pour eux] lourdes chaînes et Enfer,
ES Disponemos de cadenas y de fuego de gehena,
13
وَطَعَامًۭا ذَا غُصَّةٍۢ وَعَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا
EN And food that chokes and a painful punishment -
FR et nourriture à faire suffoquer, et châtiment douloureux.
ES de alimento que se atraganta y de castigo doloroso.
14
يَوْمَ تَرْجُفُ ٱلْأَرْضُ وَٱلْجِبَالُ وَكَانَتِ ٱلْجِبَالُ كَثِيبًۭا مَّهِيلًا
EN On the Day the earth and the mountains will convulse and the mountains will become a heap of sand pouring down.
FR Le jour où la terre et les montagnes trembleront, tandis que les montagnes deviendront comme une dune de sable dispersée.
ES El día que tiemblen la tierra y las montañas, y se conviertan las montañas en montones dispersos de arena...
15
إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَيْكُمْ رَسُولًۭا شَٰهِدًا عَلَيْكُمْ كَمَآ أَرْسَلْنَآ إِلَىٰ فِرْعَوْنَ رَسُولًۭا
EN Indeed, We have sent to you a Messenger as a witness upon you just as We sent to Pharaoh a messenger.
FR Nous vous avons envoyé un Messager pour être témoin contre vous, de même que Nous avions envoyé un Messager à Pharaon.
ES Os hemos mandado un Enviado, testigo contra vosotros, como antes habíamos mandado un enviado a Faraón.
16
فَعَصَىٰ فِرْعَوْنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذْنَٰهُ أَخْذًۭا وَبِيلًۭا
EN But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a ruinous seizure.
FR Pharaon désobéit alors au Messager. Nous le saisîmes donc rudement.
ES Faraón desobedeció al enviado y le sorprendimos duramente.
17
فَكَيْفَ تَتَّقُونَ إِن كَفَرْتُمْ يَوْمًۭا يَجْعَلُ ٱلْوِلْدَٰنَ شِيبًا
EN Then how can you fear, if you disbelieve, a Day that will make the children white- haired?
FR Comment vous préserverez-vous, si vous mécroyez, d'un jour qui rendra les enfants comme des vieillards aux cheveux blancs?
ES Si no creéis, ¿cómo vais a libraros de un día que hará encanecer a los niños?
18
ٱلسَّمَآءُ مُنفَطِرٌۢ بِهِۦ ۚ كَانَ وَعْدُهُۥ مَفْعُولًا
EN The heaven will break apart therefrom; ever is His promise fulfilled.
FR [et] durant lequel le ciel se fendra. Sa promesse s'accomplira sans doute.
ES El cielo se entreabrirá. Se cumplirá Su promesa.
19
إِنَّ هَٰذِهِۦ تَذْكِرَةٌۭ ۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلًا
EN Indeed, this is a reminder, so whoever wills may take to his Lord a way.
FR Ceci est un rappel. Que celui qui veut prenne une voie [menant] à son Seigneur.
ES Esto es un Recuerdo. El que quiera ¡que emprenda camino hacia su Señor!
20
۞ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدْنَىٰ مِن ثُلُثَىِ ٱلَّيْلِ وَنِصْفَهُۥ وَثُلُثَهُۥ وَطَآئِفَةٌۭ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ مَعَكَ ۚ وَٱللَّهُ يُقَدِّرُ ٱلَّيْلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ ۚ عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحْصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ فَٱقْرَءُوا۟ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ ٱلْقُرْءَانِ ۚ عَلِمَ أَن سَيَكُونُ مِنكُم مَّرْضَىٰ ۙ وَءَاخَرُونَ يَضْرِبُونَ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ يَبْتَغُونَ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ ۙ وَءَاخَرُونَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ۖ فَٱقْرَءُوا۟ مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنْهُ ۚ وَأَقِيمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَقْرِضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًۭا ۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنْ خَيْرٍۢ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَيْرًۭا وَأَعْظَمَ أَجْرًۭا ۚ وَٱسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيمٌۢ
EN Indeed, your Lord knows, [O Muhammad], that you stand [in prayer] almost two thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and [so do] a group of those with you. And Allah determines [the extent of] the night and the day. He has known that you [Muslims] will not be able to do it and has turned to you in forgiveness, so recite what is easy [for you] of the Qur'an. He has known that there will be among you those who are ill and others traveling throughout the land seeking [something] of the bounty of Allah and others fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite what is easy from it and establish prayer and give zakah and loan Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you put forward for yourselves - you will find it with Allah. It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
FR Ton Seigneur sait, certes, que tu (Muhammad) te tiens debout moins de deux tiers de la nuit, ou sa moitié, ou son tiers. De même qu'une partie de ceux qui sont avec toi. Allah détermine la nuit et le jour. Il sait que vous ne saurez jamais passer toute la nuit en prière. Il a usé envers vous avec indulgence. Récitez donc ce qui [vous] est possible du Coran. Il sait qu'il y aura parmi vous des malades, et d'autres qui voyageront sur la terre, en quête de la grâce d'Allah, et d'autres encore qui combattront dans le chemin d'Allah. Récite-en donc ce qui [vous] sera possible. Accomplissez la Salât, acquittez la Zakât, et faites à Allah un prêt sincère. Tout bien que vous vous préparez, vous le retrouverez auprès d'Allah, meilleur et plus grand en fait de récompense. Et implorez le pardon d'Allah. Car Allah est Pardonneur et Très Miséricordieux.
ES Tu Señor sabe que pasas en oración casi dos tercios de la noche, la mitad o un tercio de la misma, y lo mismo algunos de los que están contigo. Alá determina la noche y el día. Sabe que no vais a contarlo con exactitud y os perdona. ¡Recitad, pues, lo que buenamente podáis del Corán ! Sabe que entre vosotros habrá unos enfermos, otros de viaje por la tierra buscando el favor de Alá, otros combatiendo por Alá, ¡Recitad, pues, lo que buenamente podáis de él! ¡Haced la azalá! ¡Dad el azaque! ¡Haced un préstamo generoso a Alá! El bien que hagáis como anticipo para vosotros mismos, volveréis a encontrarlo junto a Alá como bien mejor y como recompensa mayor. ¡Y pedid el perdón de Alá! Alá es indulgente, misericordioso.
